Do you provide emergency food assistance?
Yes, by appointment only provided food is available at the time of the request. We do not deliver and we cannot guarantee same-day service. Email us through the web page or call us at 334.377.3341 to request an appointment. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Where are you located?
We are located at 1606 16th Avenue in Phenix City, across the park from the City Public Library and behind the Central Activity Center.
What kind of personal verification do I need to bring?
None. We are self-reporting: name, address, number of family members in the home will all be recorded on location at the time of service. No income verification or personal identification is required.
Do you provide financial assistance?
No we do not. We are not yet positioned to assist in this way.
Can I pick food up for a friend on second Saturday distributions?
Yes, but on a case-by-case basis. First-time clients must report in person with quarterly in-person updates necessary throughout the year. Each client may identify another client to pick up for them after checking in the first time.
